Delivery Policy

• Orders are processed once payment reflects in our account or is received via the website.

• Cape Town Deliveries: same day or overnight delivery via Uber or The Courier Guy.

• Nationwide Deliveries (South Africa): 1–3 working days via The Courier Guy. 

• Pre orders: Delivered within 5–10 working days.
  

• R100 standard delivery (1–3 working days). R150 same day (Cape Town) or overnight delivery. FREE standard delivery on orders of R1000 or more.

Delays & Lost Packages: 

Kelicia Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they are in transit. While we always aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather etc). We recommend tracking your parcel and contacting the courier directly for updates once your order has been dispatched.
