Delivery Policy

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed once full payment has reflected in our account or been received through our website. 
  

Delivery:

• Cape Town Deliveries: same day or overnight delivery via Uber or The Courier Guy.
• Nationwide in South Africa: 1–3 working days via The Courier Guy.
• Pre orders: Delivered within 5–10 working days. 

Delivery Fees:

• Standard Delivery in Cape Town or nationwide (2–3 working days): R100
• Same day in Cape Town or overnight nationwide (working days): R150
• Free Standard Delivery on orders of R2000 or more. 

Delays & Lost Packages:

Kelicia Clothing is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed parcels once they have been handed over to the courier. While we always aim for prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur. Once your order has been dispatched, please track your parcel using the courier’s tracking link or contact the courier directly for delivery updates.
